About Sing Choi Kee 星财记
Welcome to Sing Choi Kee 星财记, Modern and vibrant Authentic Chinese food, tea, and experience.
Following the influences of post-World War II British culture on Hong Kong, locals adopted the delightful combination of tea with milk and the enjoyment of delectable cakes. This cultural shift gave birth to the Cha Chaan Tengs, offering quick and affordable dishes catering to the community’s new tastes.
At Sing Choi Kee, we take pride in advancing this rich legacy. Our menu features iconic Authentic Chinese Hong Kong-style delights, such as Dim Sum, Char Siu, Hong Kong-style bubble tea, and Omelette over rice.
Sing Choi Kee 星财记 is a hong kong cafe in Flushing, New York. It is listed at 133-36 37th Ave #FH16, Flushing, NY 11354, which places it among the local businesses of Flushing that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as asian restaurant, brunch restaurant, cafe, so it may cover more than the name suggests.
In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Flushing; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in New York are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 11:30 am–9 pm. Flushing is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Flushing follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Came here for a quick lunch after going to Funzy with my two young kids. we ordered the kids special which came in a super cute race car - it was a good amount of pasta, nuggets, and french fries. each kids pasta portion had four shrimps which I was surprised at. We have enough leftovers for another meal for them! I had the slippery egg with curry pork cutlet, and it was pretty good. I also enjoyed my milk tea. It’s a good quick meal in tangram! at the end the waiter also gave my kids two trinkets, which they loved. Would come again.

I do my enjoy my experience dining in Sing Choi Kee oppose to ordering it to eat in the Tangram food court. The food is more presentable, the food is decent. Can't say it's the best Hong Kong food I had but it is acceptable. My toddler enjoys the food too. They have set combine menu that you can choose from that is more larger parties. Service is relatively good.

We came here for Flushing Restaurant Week and got the slippery egg with beef, beef pasta in pepper sauce, HK style milk tea, lemon tea with adorable bear, fish balls, and HK style toast. The service was very fast, and we appreciated that they asked about allergens. Overall the food was very good - the slippery eggs had such a nice texture, and the HK style toast at the end stole the show. It was VERY good.

This place is absolutely adorable! The bear milk tea and bear latte are not only cute but also really tasty. It’s perfect for families—my daughter loved the egg shrimp rice, while I couldn’t get enough of the spicy rice noodles. A cozy spot that has a little bit of everything.

Comfort food when you need a nice pick me up? You got just the place if you need good value with decent eats. Sing Choi Kee serves Hong Kong style comfort food and it hits the spot. I wouldn't expect phenomenal food because it's a cafe comfort spot in the mall. If you have those in mind, then the expectations are met if not exceeded with some menu items. You got a great for a 2 person where you pay 50 dollars for 2 entrees, 1 appetizer, 2 drinks and a dessert. They even have a 4-person deal. Solid 4/5 Decent food, standard service, small venue, Cute drinks and desserts with the little bear or panda. Food - I highly recommend the Slippery Eggs over Rice with Shrimp (8/10) We have a little kid who is picky, but devoured the food. You already know a picky kid who cleans the plate means the food is bomb. Really impressed by the quality and cook of the egg and shrimp for a casual comfort eats spot. Next I would recommend the Sliced Beef rice noodle chicken soup (7.5/10) Solid beef soup dish, flavorful and huge for the value. Plenty of meat as well. You can't go wrong if you are craving sliced beef noodles. Curry Fish balls (5/10) - They were just okay, the fishballs seemed like they
